At Plaine Products, we want you to love your sustainable beauty routine and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all of our vegan, toxin-free products. If a product isn't a perfect fit for your skin or hair, we are committed to making it right while minimizing environmental impact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Prepare the Aluminum Bottles

  Ensure the bottles are securely closed; if you are returning full products, please use the original shipping box and protective packaging to prevent leaks.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to print and attach to your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Credit

  After our team receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit for exchanges within 5-7 business days.
